When one's computer crashes that holds vital information, both personally and
professionally, everything crashes!

My company, Servpro, depends on Glen from Datacare. Glen is a dynamo!
Energetic and extemly competant, Glen managed to find data I desperately
needed. For that reason alone, I am deeply grateful! But Glen goes a step further.
He has taken a look at the way our company is networked, the way we back up,
and all of the other things that all business owners should do but usually don't.

Servpro of Annapolis can clean and restore anything (except databases!). Our
corporate office is always developing new technology to help the franchise operate
more efficiently. Now that Glen is in our corner, being a small business that needs
to be technologically savvy is not such a frightening prospect. Glen has provided
outstanding service and implemented several improvements that certainly give me
a sense of security. I believe it is Glen's mission to optimize the efficiency of our
office and I am all for that!
